Acceptable Use and Licence

1. Your licence

When you buy the course we grant you a licence that is:

personal — it covers you, one individual;
non-exclusive — other people buy the same licence;
non-transferable — you cannot sell, lend or give it to somebody else;
perpetual — it lasts as long as you comply with these rules and do not take a refund.

Within that licence you may read the lessons, apply everything you learn in your own work or business, adapt the templates and prompts for your internal use, and build commercial systems for yourself or your employer using the techniques taught.

2. What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, rent or otherwise commercialise the lessons or supporting files.
Republish them, in whole or in substantial part, on a website, in a course of your own, in a newsletter, or on a file-sharing service.
Share your access, forward the lesson series wholesale, or distribute the archive inside a company that has not bought seats for the people reading it.
Use the material, or any substantial part of it, as training data for a machine learning model.
Remove or obscure copyright notices.
Present the material as your own work.

Forwarding a single lesson to a colleague who might find it interesting is fine and we encourage it. Forwarding all twenty-one to your team instead of buying seats is not.

3. Team and company use

One purchase covers one person. If several people need the course, buy a seat for each, or write to support@fynticai.com and we will arrange a multi-seat purchase with a single invoice.

4. Using the site

When using fynticai.com you agree not to:

attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or its databases;
probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our written permission;
introduce malware, or any code intended to damage or disrupt the service;
scrape or harvest the site automatically, beyond what a normal search engine does;
use the site to send unsolicited messages, or to submit false payment details;
impersonate another person, or use somebody else's payment card.

If you find a security vulnerability, please report it privately to support@fynticai.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it. We will not pursue anybody who reports a genuine problem responsibly.

5. Intellectual property

The lessons, templates, text, layout, design and code of this site are protected by copyright and remain the property of Leonardo Nogueira Vieira or of our licensors. Buying the course buys you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

“Fyntic AI” and the Fyntic AI logo are used as our trading identity and may not be used to promote anything without our written permission.

6. If these rules are broken

Where a breach is minor or looks accidental, we will contact you and ask you to stop. Where a breach is serious — redistribution, resale, or attacks on the site — we may suspend or terminate your access without refund, and pursue any legal remedy available to us.

Termination for breach does not affect your statutory rights, and we will always tell you why we have acted.

7. Reporting misuse

If you see the course being resold or republished somewhere, tell us at support@fynticai.com. It helps us keep the price where it is.
