Do I need to know how to code?
No. The course is built around the thinking, not a single programming language, and every lesson gives a no-code route alongside the code one. If you can write a clear instruction to a colleague, you can write one for an agent.
If you do write code, nothing here is dumbed down: the design patterns are the same ones you would use in production.
What exactly arrives, and when?
Lesson one is sent as soon as you confirm your email address. After that, one lesson lands each morning for the following twenty days, always at roughly the same time in your inbox. Every lesson is also stored in an online archive you can open at any time.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once, and that is the end of it. There is no renewal, no trial rolling into a charge, and no card kept on file for a future payment. If you ever see a second charge from us, it is a mistake and we will refund it.
Which AI tools does the course use?
The lessons are tool-agnostic on purpose, because the platforms change every few months and the reasoning does not. Examples are shown with widely available tools, and each lesson notes what to look for if you use a different one. You are never required to buy a specific subscription to follow along.
How much time does it take each day?
Around ten minutes to read. The optional build step at the end of most lessons takes fifteen to thirty minutes. If you skip a day, nothing is lost — the next lesson still arrives, and the archive waits for you.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method, no questions asked. Refunds are normally processed within 5 business days. Full detail is in the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
Will this work for my industry?
The workflows used as examples — triaging an inbox, answering repeat customer questions, moving data between systems, producing a weekly report — exist in almost every business. The method for choosing what to automate is deliberately general, so you apply it to your own processes rather than copying ours.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the content, the delivery and the refund window. What you get out of it depends on the work you put in and on your own business. See the Disclaimer.
Can I share it with my team?
A purchase covers one person. If you want several people on your team to receive the lessons, buy a seat for each of them or write to us and we will arrange it. Forwarding the archive or reselling the material is not permitted — see the Acceptable Use and Licence page.
What if the emails stop arriving?
Check your spam folder first, and add our address to your contacts. If they are genuinely not arriving, write to support@fynticai.com and we will resend anything you missed and fix the delivery. The online archive also stays available as a fallback.

In what language is the course?
