The Fyntic AI course teaches a set of skills. It is published for general education and information. It is not advice about your particular situation, and reading it does not create a professional relationship between us.
2. No guarantee of results
We do not promise that you will save a specific number of hours, reduce a specific cost, win clients, or earn money as a result of this course. Anybody who promises you that about a course is guessing or selling.
What you get out of the material depends on your own business, your market, the time you put in, the tools you choose, and factors none of us control. Where the lessons mention figures, they are illustrations of how to do the arithmetic, not forecasts of your results.
We publish no income claims, no customer earnings figures, and no testimonials of financial outcomes.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing in the course is legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment or medical advice. Automation decisions can have legal and tax consequences, particularly around employment and personal data. Before acting on anything you read, consult a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.
4. Third-party tools
The lessons discuss AI models, platforms and services operated by other companies. We are not affiliated with them unless we say so explicitly, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for:
- their pricing, which changes frequently;
- their availability, terms of service or acceptable use rules;
- the accuracy or suitability of anything they produce;
- any loss you suffer through using them.
You are responsible for reading and complying with the terms of any tool you adopt.
5. AI output is not reliable by default
A recurring theme of the course is that language models produce confident text that can be wrong. Any system you build from these lessons must be checked by a human before it is trusted with decisions that matter, and the course tells you how to do that. If you deploy an agent without those checks, the consequences are yours.
6. Your compliance obligations
If you automate work that touches personal data, you remain the party responsible for complying with data protection law, and with any sector rules that apply to you. The course explains the principles; it cannot and does not assess your specific set-up. The same applies to obligations under the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and any equivalent law where you operate.
7. Accuracy and currency
This field moves quickly. We keep the lessons current to the best of our ability and update them when something material changes, but we do not warrant that every detail is accurate at the moment you read it. If you find something out of date, tell us at support@fynticai.com and we will correct it.

Where we link to another site, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control it and we are not responsible for its content, its accuracy or its privacy practices.
9. Limitation
This disclaimer is subject to the limits set out in section 10 of our Terms of Sale and Use, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
