3. Payment processing
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 25/28 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland, and its group companies. Stripe is regulated as a payment institution in Ireland. We do not receive or store full card details.
4. Electronic complaints book
As a supplier established in Portugal we make the electronic complaints book available to you. You may submit a complaint directly at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
Before doing so, we would ask you to contact us at support@fynticai.com. Most complaints are resolved within one working day.
5. Alternative dispute resolution
Consumers may refer a dispute to an authorised alternative dispute resolution body. For consumers resident in Portugal, the generally competent body is the Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (CNIACC), www.cniacc.pt.
The complete list of authorised Portuguese bodies is published by the Direção-Geral do Consumidor at www.consumidor.gov.pt. Consumers resident elsewhere in the European Union may use the corresponding body in their own country.
